Inductoheat has a well established history of designing induction heating equipment that is used for heat treating parts for assembly, bearings, brakes, drive train, gears, joints and shafts . The following list describes several bus & truck parts that we have designed machines for heat treating.

Assembly: metal hem flange bonding, shrink fitting, heat staking of expandable mastic material, rear view mirror button bonding. Bearings: bearing race, bearing & hub, flanged inner/outer bearings, pins. Brakes: brake shoes, ABS brake sleeves and other wear resistant components. Drive Train: engine (crankshafts & camshafts), transmission (clutch, hubs & pinions), driveshafts differentials, and the final drive (drive wheels).
