The use of induction heating for curing results in increased uniformity and
repeatability for numerous applications including coatings, adhesives, epoxies,
finishe and much more. Using induction heating, each production piece is cured
by passing through a coil, which rapidly heats the piece to exact cure temperatures.
Unlike traditional ovens, this process converts up to 80% of the expended energy
into useful heat, saving substantial costs.
Fully automated, custom-designed systems are available in addition to our standard systems, and can be easily incorporated into new or existing lines or cells.
