BZ4000 Brazing System
Ideal for work cell environments, the BZ4000 is a fully fixtured, standard platform brazing machine. This
off-the-shelf solution requires minimal engineering to accommodate different applications, reducing capital
equipment costs and shortening lead times.
The BZ4000 has four stations: load, heating, cooling and
part delivery. It handles medium to high production volumes
of small to medium size parts, and can accommodate a variety
of part sizes and cycle times.
What's more, the BZ4000 uses proven Lepel technology to produce uniform, reliable joints with smooth
fillets — so you get all of the quality, with less of the cost.
